JCT On Demand is the digital equivalent of the JCT hardcopy contract. Purchase a JCT On Demand version of your contract of choice via our store and get instant online access. Fill in your contract in a safe, secure, online environment using an intuitive Q&A process to enable you to fill out your contract comprehensively. Users of this service will not be able to make bespoke changes online to the standard terms and conditions, but it is possible to add handwritten amendments to the printed version. Using JCT contracts in Ireland
JCT contracts have been written for England and Wales and would need to be adapted for Ireland, and other jurisdictions when used for international projects, as required.
Pricing and VAT
Pricing is listed on the JCT site in Pounds Sterling but please contact Kathryn Mills if you would prefer to pay in Euros.
VAT is applicable at a 23% rate for online services in Ireland. If applicable you will need to provide your VAT number when placing an order to ensure that you are not charged.
