The editors welcome the submission of articles, precedents and casenotes and are pleased to give guidance in advance.
Articles: ideally articles should be between 3,000 to 4,000 words. Longer or shorter submission will nonetheless be considered.
Casenotes: The most acceptable length of casenotes is 2,000-3,000 words. However, clear, concise submission that fall outside these limits will be considered.
Precedents: In the selection of forms for publication in the Precedent, particular regard is paid to topicality and the development of innovations in content or style, but everyday forms are welcome.
Book reviews: There is a guideline of 1,000 words. The book will become the property of the reviewer on publication of the review.
