All selected products will appear in your shopping basket on the right of every page. When you are ready to complete your transaction just click checkout and you will be taken to your shopping basket where you can amend quantities and/or remove any products - from here you can checkout in 3 simple steps.

You can order items using your Sweet & Maxwell Payer Account number or a credit or debit card.

Your Sweet & Maxwell Payer number can be found on all invoices we send you. Items ordered using your Payer number will be invoiced to you.

We appreciate that not all shoppers wish to set-up an online account to complete their order, so you can skip this and move straight to the pages for adding your billing and delivery address and payment details.

If you prefer to have an online account to save your billing address and delivery details you can do this at the first stage of checkout - we do not store your card details on the site.

All items ordered for delivery in the UK are free of delivery charges.

Items purchased for delivery outside the UK are subject to a delivery charge. The rate is dependant on the destination - click here for more details of charges for international orders.

After completing your order we will send you an order acknowledgement email with details of the items you have ordered. This will be followed by a separate email with an order tracking number – this number should be used for any order queries.
