Contributor Information
E.I.P.R. is a monthly journal providing topical analysis on the latest developments in Intellectual Property law and featuring in-depth articles on major topics of interest; analysis on the latest developments in case law and legislation and a comprehensive international news section.

We welcome contributions for consideration by the Editorial Board with a view to publication. All contributions must be in English and contributors should supply their full contact details, including email address, for further correspondence. Please include an abstract of no more than 60 words, describing the contents of the contribution. This abstract will appear on the contents page of E.I.P.R. The authors of accepted contributions will receive two complimentary copies of the journal in which their paper appears.

Contributions are welcome under the following headings:

Articles
Articles should analyse a major, current theme of interest that is timely and topical. Articles should aim to discuss a subject in both a practical and reflective manner. Comparisons with other jurisdictions should be added where possible and appropriate. In length, articles should be between 3500-6000 words, though shorter or longer contributions may be considered.

Comments
In the style of an Editorial, the Comment is a "punchy" and topical piece and can express a radical or controversial point of view. A Comment can aim to stimulate debate. Comments are approximately 2000-3000 words in length.

Opinion
An Opinion is the contributor's opinion on a topical national, supra-national or international area of the law whether it be an opinion on the outcome of a particular case or new legislation, etc. Opinions are approximately 1000-2000 words in length.

Copyright in contributions in vested jointly with the authors and publishers.
