Unfortunately there were some errors relating to Rules 6.31, 6.33, 36.17, 74.1, 74.4A and 74.7B. The erratum sheet can be found here.

- White Book on Proview has been fixed and is up-to-date
- Subscribers to the print have been issue with an erratum slip via the April issue of Civil Procedure News and subsequently a gatefold erratum and stickers
- The Second Supplement published the week beginning May 18
- The CD was updated with the Second Supplement
