Records of communicated decisions, on points of general interest that may be of practical use. All subscribers, indeed all practitioners, are cordially invited to send details of decisions in courts likely to be of general interest and assistance. The subjects covered are: all matters concerned with road traffic and vehicles, including civil liability, contract, hire purchase, insurance, licensing, maintenance, motoring offences, negligence, purchase, repair, sale and trade description. The details required include: court, bench, date, title of case, appearances and the relevant point or points decided. Communications should be addressed to: The Editor, ROAD TRAFFIC REPORTS, c/o peter.chare@thomsonreuters.com.
Summarised reports of selected cases decided in Scotland. Such cases as have appeared as law reports in Scotland bear the citation for convenience of reference to the full report.

Contributors must supply their full contact details for further correspondence and are responsible for complying with the house style guide before making a submission.
