The Journal encourages readers to submit articles for possible publication on current and emerging laws, practices and policies in the fields of planning and environmental law and compulsory purchase and compensation law and practice. There is no specific word limit, but articles should generally be no more than 10,000 words including footnotes, which should be numbered consecutively.

Contributors must supply their full contact details for further correspondence and are responsible for complying with the house style guide before making a submission.
