PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

European Trade Mark Reports (ETMR) provides monthly reports of the most significant EUIPO and CJEU trade mark decisions, as well as relevant General Court decisions. All reports include succinct headnotes detailing the key points of the judgment and a network of correspondents across the EU provides decisions from designated courts in member states, as well as trade mark judgments of interest from domestic courts.

Your subscription to ETMR will keep you updated with key decisions from:

  • European Union Intellectual Property Office
  • Court of Justice of the European Union
  • Court of First Instance
  • Decisions of Member States’ courts and trade mark registries
  • Relevant decisions from non-EU jurisdictions
