Before each renewal period we will send you an annual subscription statement to enable you to review your subscriptions. You must tell us about any changes within 30 days of the subscription statement date after which you will be invoiced and your subscription(s) will continue for a further year.


Recent Issues


The International Business Law Journal also known as the Revue de Droit des Affaires Internationales draws together the opinions of experts from around the world showing how company, contract, investment, taxation and financial law as well as arbitral decisions impact on international business. The journal also focuses on the application of international conventions and the development of new rules by international economic organisations which have a direct or indirect impact on international business life. 

With six issues a year, the journal tackles important and emerging issues facing commercial lawyers both in-house and in private practice. Specific attention is given to the practice and recent trends in matters of international contracts. There is analysis of major contractual provisions and examination of complex contracts, particularly in the field of energy and infrastructure. Articles also highlight developments in investment law, international arbitration, good governance, international trade and competition policies throughout the world.

As well as receiving six issues a year, a CD-ROM of the year’s issues, subscribers have access to the journal online and archive of previous issues going back to 1997.
