WE WOULD WELCOME YOUR INPUT ON A DECISION CONCERNING THE NEXT EDITION OF Williams, Mortimer and Sunnucks: Executors, Administrators and Probate

The chapters on Contentious Probate Practice in this book were also added to Theobald on Wills (19th Edition), because of their relevance to its subject matter. As the two titles now overlap in this coverage, we're considering removing it from the next edition of Williams, Mortimer and Sunnucks. If we did so, this title would still cover Non-Contentious Probate Practice in full, but the coverage of Contentious Probate Practice would be replaced with a short summary and cross-referencing to Theobald.
