We use advanced Editorial and Information Management systems and partner with leading printing houses in the UK and Europe. Our team demonstrates high skill and competence in editorial work, print, CD creation, eBook production, and XML-based, media-neutral content processing. We also have significant experience in content analysis, data modelling, and CMS development to deliver content effectively across multiple platforms, including online, mobile, eBook, and print.

Quality control and assurance

To ensure that the quality of service of our products is continually improved and issues are quickly resolved, we regularly analyse management information, conduct annual reviews and audits, manually inspect printed products before dispatch, and rigorously test online products.

Staff training

All editorial staff, both in the UK and overseas, receive extensive in-house training in areas such as copyediting, house style, and proofreading. Strict sign-off procedures and clear promotion criteria are in place to determine each staff member’s level of responsibility.
