Each case report contains the full transcript of the judgment preceded by a headnote, which contains:

  • A synopsis of the case highlighting the human rights issues raised
  • A summary of what was held in the case

H.R.L.R. does not accept outside contributions for headnotes.
 
Subscribers are invited to send in transcripts of any recent decisions of United Kingdom courts or tribunals involving a point of human rights law or precedent.
A fee of £15 will be paid for any case published as a result of such submission. (In the case of duplication the fee will be paid to the subscriber from whom the first copy of the transcript was received.)

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
All Calendar Year and Any Time Start (ATS) subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement. This means that your subscriptions will automatically renew in future years, unless you tell us otherwise.

Before each renewal period we will send you an annual subscription statement to enable you to review your subscriptions.  You must tell us about any changes within 30 days of the subscription statement date after which you will be invoiced and your subscription(s) will continue for a further year.
