David W Chodikoff, BA, MA, LLB, specialises in civil and criminal tax litigation and is the national lead in tax litigation at Miller Thomson. David is a former counsel and a Crown Prosecutor at the Department of Justice. He has over 100 reported decisions and has appeared in over 550 cases before the courts. David has been recognised by Canadian, American and European authorities as one of the leading tax controversy litigators in the world. He has edited and contributed to eight tax books including co-authoring the just-published International Tax Evasion in the Global Information Age. David is the recipient of numerous national and international awards.
