Graham Vinter
Author of previous editions, Graham Vinter joined BG Group Plc as General Counsel in November 2007. He has responsibility for the legal affairs of the Group. Prior to becoming General Counsel, he spent 27 years with the international law firm, Allen & Overy LLP. He was a partner there for just under 20 years and was Global Head of Projects from 1996-2007. His experience includes advising on energy and infrastructure transactions in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and elsewhere.

Gareth Price
Co-author of the 3rd edition, Gareth Price is the Global Head of Projects and Global Co-Head of Energy at Allen & Overy LLP. He represents government, borrowers third-party equity investors, commercial lenders, ECAs, MLAs, DFIs and bond lead managers on all aspects of their development of and investments in energy and infrastructure assets around the world.

David Lee
David Lee is the Joint Global Head of Infrastructure at Allen & Overy LLP. He has been a partner there for 15 yeard and has participated in many of the market developments and helped shape some of them (including in his time at the Treasury Taskforce in the 1990s, developing the PPP model). He represents governments, investors and financiers on all aspects of infrastructure projects, including their development and financing and on the financing of the acquisition of infrastructure assets.
