FIRST WHITE BOOK SUPPLEMENT 2010

The first cumulative supplement to the White Book 2010 published on the 18th of June.

As a cumulative supplement, it included the rules, practice directions and commentary contained in the Special Supplement on low value personal injury claims in road traffic accidents.

FIRST SUPPLEMENT CONTENT:

  • Amendments made to the Civil Procedure Rules introduced by the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2010 (SI 2010/621) and TSO CPR Update 52, including:

  • Amendments to Housing law made by the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008
