Your Orders


We aim to deliver your order within three to five working days of stock availability. If you want to track the progress or status of your order, please contact our Customer Service team, who can also provide you with proof of delivery if required.

Because most orders for in-stock items are despatched on the day they are received, you can usually only change your order on the day it was placed; please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and they will update or change your order if possible.

To change an order for an in-stock item after the day on which it was ordered, please wait for it to be delivered and return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Orders for out-of-stock items, or those not yet published, can be changed at any time before the item is in stock or has been published.

You can only cancel an order for an in-stock item on the day that the order was placed, contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and they will arrange to cancel the order.
