We welcome the submission of articles for consideration by the Editor with a view to publication. In general, the most acceptable length of articles for the Review is 3000-5000 words. However, shorter contributions will be welcomed and longer ones may be considered for publication. All contributions must be in English.
The text of lectures and other public addresses may also be submitted for inclusion in the Opinion section.
Manuscripts should be typewritten on one side of the paper only, and double-spaced (including footnotes) with wide margins. Submission, in addition, on disk can also be helpful. A summary in no more than 150 words should be included. Any queries concerning style and layout should be addressed to the publishers:
European Human Rights Law Review, Sweet & Maxwell, The Hatchery, Hall Bank Lane, Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 5HQ.
All articles are peer reviewed prior to being accepted for publication; we endeavour to ensure that the referee process is carried out as quickly as possible.
Copyright in all contributions remains in the contributors. The publishers acquire all publication rights.
Papers to be considered for publication should be sent to: Jonathan Cooper, Doughty Street Chambers, 10 Doughty Street, London, WC1N 2PL. email@example.com. Submission of a paper will be held to imply that it contains original unpublished work and is not being submitted for publication elsewhere.
Books for review to be sent to Toby Collis at Mansfield College, Mansfield Rd, Oxford OX1 3TF, firstname.lastname@example.org.
