PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Journal of Housing Law is edited by a distinguished editorial team, including leading practitioners in the area, academics and members of the judiciary. It aims to be an accessible account of changes and exploration of trends, that housing practitioners can rely on to advance their knowledge and perspective of this specialist area of law. Its practical approach enables housing practitioners to assess legal developments and contentious areas of practice and apply them to their daily work. The Journal includes:
  • Articles that discuss and analyse areas of current interest
  • Digest of latest cases, articles and legislative developments

The major development which the Journal will be focusing on in 2012 issues will be the Localism Act. There will also be coverage of the implications of the Residential Property Tribunal Service becoming part of Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service, and the most recent decisions of the Court of Appeal on tenancy deposits.
