Glossary of terms

We welcome case submissions of noteworthy cases, either judgments or settlements, from Kemp readers. Modern litigation has moved away somewhat from cases going to court and settlements have become increasingly useful as guidance to determine quantum.

We welcome submissions of reports of settlements in which heads of damage are broken down and explained. At present we are particularly interested in receiving submissions in the following areas: cases with high-value awards in the areas of clinical negligence, orthopaedic injuries or psychological injuries; serious, non-amputation of limb cases; mid-range PSLA cases; or permanently damaged limb cases.

For case submissions please download this form and email the completed form to  lawtel.personalinjury@thomson.com.
