PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Intellectual Property Quarterly (IPQ) is a leading journal on the discussion of legal and policy issues relating to intellectual property law. Articles focus on all aspects of the subject including policy, doctrine, history, and the economic and social impacts of intellectual property, and many of the articles are interdisciplinary. IPQ is committed to its international coverage but still retains its original emphasis on common law jurisdictions.

Published four times a year and available in print, online on Westlaw UK and as an eBook on ProView, each issue offers an invaluable perspective and insight into the subject.
