CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION

Roger Kerridge studied law at Cambridge, then taught for a year at the University of Virginia before qualifying as a solicitor. He worked for three years with the Council of Europe and was in private practice for a further three years before joining Bristol University in 1977. He has been a Professor since 2001, teaching Succession, Tax and Trusts.

He has been the sole author of this title since 1996, written numerous journal articles,  given papers at various conferences and has sat on external panels for The Lord Chancellor’s department and for LCAC on Legal Education and Conduct.
